Having served as Leetonia School Board president, Michael saw the district’s financial crisis and led the way to resolve it. Rather than raising our taxes, he removed a levy from the ballot. This helped Leetonia schools become some of the best in the Valley.

Over 100 years ago, Michael’s family founded Rulli Brothers Market, which he and his brother still run today. He knows firsthand what it takes to keep a small business running and will be an advocate for businesses across our county.
